At GROUND, we stand behind our products and quality control as every single jar is personally handled by our team. We are committed to your satisfaction and hope to keep you on solid ground. For all return/replacement/refund emails or contact form submissions, please begin your subject line with "RETURN".
Our Process
1. Reach out to our customer care email groundedfuel@gmail.com or on our Contact Us page within 30 days of your original purchase date.
2. Write us a description of your situation, pictures are always helpful (if they are relevant to your order). Please include your order number and the specific items you are reaching out about.
3. When we respond, we may request more information (lot code, tamper seal, etc) about your product(s). Otherwise, our customer care team is dedicated to taking care of you in your correspondence!
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed.
We reserve the right to verify information and to deny refund requests at our discretion.
