DEHYDRATION SET IN
One of the first steps on my health journey was introducing a reverse osmosis water filter. I wasn't aware that the ultra-fine filter was removing as many minerals (electrolytes) as it was toxins. My body started suffering from the lack of minerals: exertion headaches plagued every workout.

My gym partner offered me a stick of Liquid I.V. that he buys at wholesale price ($1 per stick pack) for "hydration".
